IT'S MY BURFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFDAY!!!

I keep forgetting I have this thing to write about exciting things that happen.

Well, over the weekend, I had some wonderful things happen. I GOT INTO THE BFA PROGRAM AT UCSB!!!! I'm so happy, I can't even describe it. My actor training is going to be tough, but I'm so ready for it, it's not even funny.

I also spent Saturday with good friends at a jello-wrestling party in Isla Vista. It was a really good time. A bunch of us were just hanging out on the roof of a two story house watching the madness below us. It was great.

Oh yeah, and apparently I was between a bush and a dumpster :P

Time is running out.

I have to find a monologue NOW.

This is gonna be my first rant-esque thing:

I know this is only my first year in college, but I'm over it. I'm over the stupid, senseless classes I have to take just to satisfy some requirements. I have no interest in becoming a psychologist, a paleontologist, a chicano studies major, or a literature expert. What I want to do has nothing to do with these things. I want to act. And I want to act now. I'm tired of waiting to do something, I want to just DO IT.

I keep thinking I'm running out of time to reach my goal. I'm gonna be 19 years old, almost done with my teen years, and I have done nothing to get myself out there. Sure I got headshots taken, but where are they? Sitting on a disc in my room back in Moorpark.

I'm tired of feeling this pressure to succeed in subjects I couldn't give a crap about. I want people to know who I am. I want to be in movies, and I want it now. My dad keeps telling me that I don't want this enough, but now I'm saying it: I WANT IT.

That's all I have to say about that.

First of all, thank you Allie for the cardboard thing, I read in on your blog. Very clever ;)

So the Frankenstein-esque play went well yesterday, except for the yardstick malfunction haha.
It was nice seeing my family and Allie and her family, even if it was just for like two hours.
I have three midterms this week, none of which I'm ready for; but I'm about to start studying for Dinosaurs, so, you know, there's that.

Okay, that's all for now.

I'm back in SB now. Spring Break was pretty good overall. I didn't do much, which is just fine. I relaxed and rid myself of school stress.

I finished the quarter with a 4.0, which I'm so happy about! If I didn't get an A in black studies, I would have flipped a bitch.

Anyways, this quarter doesn't seem like it'll be all that bad. I hope it goes by as fast as last quarter. I want my four month long summer!

I'M DONE WITH MY PAPERS!!!!! That's right, 18 pages in 5 days. My brain hurts.

I come home in three days! I'm so stoked.

It's also three days until my one year anniversary with Allie :) I'm so excited, she's so great :P

One essay down, two to go!

I just finished my 8 page paper for my comparative literature class. AAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was an exhausting yell.

Anyways, I'm on Skype with my lady, so I have to go.

School blows. The socializing is great here, but the work really sucks. I know it's not all about fun up here, but damn; when work has to be done IT HAS TO BE DONE. It's so stressful. I just want this quarter to be over already. I'm tired of writing papers and papers and more papers. Let's see, 8 page paper due Monday the 16th, and two more papers equaling 8-9 pages due Thursday the 19th. It sucks.

I know I probably sound like a complainer, but I'm sure everyone goes through days like this, even if they don't write about them on a blog. I just want Spring break already so I can put these classes behind me. Who knows how next quarter will be though; with 16 books for 4 classes it might get a little intense.

I'm tired of learning about things that don't interest me in ANY way. University requirements are ridiculous and irrelevant. I want to be an actor, not a scientist or an author. Let me do what I want to do.

That's my rant.

So after my third weekend home in a row, I'm now back at SB until Spring Break. It kinda sucks, but it's not that far away luckily.

I watched Almost Famous last night with Allie, and I must say I really enjoyed that movie. Rock stars have such an amazing life, except for the drug overdoses and such, but other than that it's awesome. Just going around the world playing music for people, and you get paid to do it. Sounds good to me :P

Now I have to start worrying about my comparative literature paper that's due in two weeks. Bleh.

I hate writing essays. Especially long essays.

In other news, Brad and I sign the lease for the apartment in Isla Vista for next year on Thursday. It's gonna be cool, or it should be :P

I miss Allie, but luckily I have those letters of hers to keep me company :)
I'll see her soon though, as soon as I can...

Obama made a kick-ass speech tonight, so I'm pretty stoked.

I'm home again this weekend. I'm pretty stoked hahaha. I have my headshots and other pictures this Saturday, which is pretty exciting. But I still have to start my 6 page paper for my black studies class. Booooo.

My mom just made me a smoothie. God I love being home hahahaha.

So I'm pretty sure I have this Larry Lohan guy figured out. I'm impressed with this person's ability to do what he/she is doing. I'm being vague because I don't want to give it away if I'm right.

But in other news, I got a 92% on my Geological Catastrophes midterm. How that happened, I have NO idea, but hey I'll take it hahaha. Now it's about time to do some homework and then get back to Shakespeare's (the real Shakespeare) King Lear. What a thrilling read.

I come home again in two days. Boo yeah.

Valentine's Day was yesterday.

IT WAS SOOO GOOD!! There was a little scare there with the movie times for Slumdog Millionaire changed unexpectedly, but it was all figured out thanks to my genius girlfriend making me buy the tickets before dinner :P

But really, it was a lot of fun, and I love Alexandra Elizabeth Woerner more than I can comprehend. That present she gave me is the most thoughtful and adorble gift I've ever gotten :D

Oh yeah, I got a car yesterday too :P hahahhaha

So I guess I have a new name: Mr. Shakespeare.

So I'm going home tomorrow. AAAAAAWW YYEEEEEAAAAAHHH!!!!
I'm pretty happy about that, if you can't tell. I have to take a bus though, which is kinda lame, and $17. I'll just listen to music and hope Allie texts me or something....but you know....she doesn't like me that much...so maybe I'm asking for a bit too much :P

But anyways, I want to play guitar. I haven't played my sweet, sweet axes in waaaaay over a month. I have to shred.
